Babla Bombay Dry Fish

Babla Bombay dry fish also know as the lotiya fish. It is dried in the sun to prevent its soft flesh from spoiling. It is one of the oldest ways of preserving fish that is still considered one. This fish provides us with Vitamin B3, Protein, Vitamin D, Omega-3 an excellent source of calcium and provides proper metabolism of food. It has a strong, fishy and excessively salty taste with a brittle, crumbly texture. It can be used in many curries, roasted or fried. It is free from harmful preservatives.
